after changing F state on rx 6800 to 1550 and on rx 6800 xt to 1980 I get consistent result except gpu0 with lower hashrate also the profile for the regular 6800 is great but the xt version seems unstable. does anyone have good rx6800 xt profile? I got gigabyte and sapphire cards
Try to restart and see what happens.
Sometimes to me if I reboot it not works correctly, one card at 50 Mh/s.
Do a cold shutdown the times what you need to get all at full speed.
Last time I need two cold shutdowns to get it, so try your own.
This card can work at full speed trust me
using
upp -p /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_table setsmc_pptable/FreqTableFclk/0=1550 --write;
result:
Error: No such file or directory: ‘/sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_table’
My card is XFX RX 6800 non XT
wired its like that, I mean element of luck without consistency
maybe it is card0 check it with amd-info command
did you tried other miner except teamredminer?
I tried phoenixminer 5.7b but it dont works. This is the argument:
This is the argument of the problem:
phoenixminer exited (exitcode=139), waiting to cooldown a bit
/hive/miners/phoenixminer/h-run.sh: line 23: 24698 Segmentation fault (core dumped) ./PhoenixMiner
I only working with teamredminer with that settings, works flawesly.
–no_gpu_monitor --watchdog_disabled --init_style=1 --eth_dag_slowdown=9 --eth_stagger --eth_ramp_up
As you can see your F state is not 1551 Mhz.
Reorder your cards in the script.
Intel is card0. The sript has to start in card1.
Are u using a BTC-S37 motherboard?
Do you have any nvidia or integrated graphics? If yes, you need to count them before amd gpus. Example : I got 1 nvidia and 7 amd. In my case, rx6800 is the first amd, but nvidia comes first, so it’s card1.
Simply use this image as an example, the cards above are nvidia, the 2 cards below are RX 6800, if you put your cursor above one of the card, you get the number you have to use (in my case 6 and 7)
This is write command one space is missing between “set” and “smc_pptable”
upp -p /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_table set smc_pptable/FreqTableFclk/0=1550 --write
Добре много хубаво се е получило
Hi Team members running the @frxbg scripts!
I am guessing we’ll need to add the folders+scripting each time we upgrade the HiveOS versions?
fwiw: running the script certainly helped get a few of those 6800’s at 57MHs in my rigs up to 62. Appreciate the contributions to get them them there. Thank you.
Got it. Thanks!
Thanks! board has intel IGP so card1 is correct start index
Correct. Thank you. working now
