Advice for 6800, 6800xt and 6900 xt OC settings

when two miners are working - the pool will accept only one hash rate selectively, and everything else is lost, it is better to rebuild with one miner

What miners and algorithms are you running here?

So if you run your two different miners to two separate pools it should work fine?

if in two different pools, then it may work

Best setting for me

In eth with NBminer and Gminer

these settings are bullshit, consumption is 124 watts for 64 hash, I have 85 watts for 62 hash
one card gives 59-60 hashes, because it does not hold overclocking, the rest all work fine

Works good, not perfect but much better than before. Many thanks brat !

For everyone :

You set SoC VDDmax to 920, user Gminer, have fun!

Hi Grea,

I found my most faulty card has one significant difference compared to yours. The SocMHZ is not 1200.

Shall I set it there? But It seems not to work.

Did you grab a snapshot of “amd-info” while you are in the shell/console with the miner status? At <59MHs something else is limiting you. Back to the previously discussed F-State script setting and a few more difficult areas.

You could try 1200Mhz with the hope it bumps up other more impactful poor performing settings. Not sure that is your answer and I do NOT have it set at all in my rigs with my best GPUs.

The SoCMHz variable of 1066 is high enough that it is not going to limit your 6800 GPU to until you are at least 61.5MHs.

Some folks are flashing their 6800’s with an ASUS BIOS, but I’m very conservative with such things. I’ll watch first but it is in the RX6800 Efficienct Overclocking thread:

Maybe it’s silicon lottery… maybe I’m nailing this.

Anyone able to top 0.685 MHs per Watt?

Talking pure efficiency here, divide your MH by your wattage draw and see how high you can get.
