I found my most faulty card has one significant difference compared to yours. The SocMHZ is not 1200.

Did you grab a snapshot of “amd-info” while you are in the shell/console with the miner status? At <59MHs something else is limiting you. Back to the previously discussed F-State script setting and a few more difficult areas.
You could try 1200Mhz with the hope it bumps up other more impactful poor performing settings. Not sure that is your answer and I do NOT have it set at all in my rigs with my best GPUs.
The SoCMHz variable of 1066 is high enough that it is not going to limit your 6800 GPU to until you are at least 61.5MHs.
Some folks are flashing their 6800’s with an ASUS BIOS, but I’m very conservative with such things. I’ll watch first but it is in the RX6800 Efficienct Overclocking thread:

Talking pure efficiency here, divide your MH by your wattage draw and see how high you can get.
Hello everyone y have a 6 RX 6800XT that I built 10 days ago. First 5-6 days it was working good but now im getting this issue and i cant start mining. Looks like it doesnt read the cards well but i have tried reinstalling, without OC applied, with a lot of algos and already checked them all. If i only connect 2 o 3 it works well. Did anybody have this issue?

Try another pool for AMD Teamredminer is best. I had same issue with 12x 2060Super MSI after Hiveos upgrade simply I switched from T-Rex to Gminer and everything got back to normal. Maybe same thing could apply in your case
I had it working ok the last 30 hours but I turned it off and now i cant make it work again. I dont think its a risers problem because it was mining and i checked one by one all the gpus
if you oc on running system, reboot and get no start, you did too much.
reset all oc and start new … then try other settings
