i just found a bios from here : Прошивка bios AMD - #2195 by BiosEditor
yea they not speak english , lucky chrome has translator XD
and i able to get my mem over 2040
now i runing at 2200 mem with 33.20mh (still testing the stability , i increase 10 mem every 30min)

Was able to use PBE to do the one click mod for this Asus Expedition 570 8GB. However, after putting it back into the Hive rig, it was painfully clear that it could not OC as high as the ROG Strix. Going beyond 2050 memclock crashes it, while anything above 2030 reduces hashrate. Hence this is the result:
Note that the cards below GPU2 are ROG’s.
Can anyone help? I got normal RX 480 8 GB OC core:1150 and mem: 2200, but ETH hashrate only 26 MH/s.
(5) Asus Rog Strix RX570 this what I have running …very stable (Polaris “one click” bios mod)
The (1) with Samsung memory is a tough one to get right… 
Try the settings I have above (scroll up). I have the same card.
can i ask for your sapphire rx 480 bios? is it the nitro + one or the pulse

I have the Nitro+. Have you tried the settings that I have? You will also need to do AMD memtweak.

I use different oc´s based on what pool im using, ambient temp etc… currently im on Ezil pool and their servers are really picky about over tuned gpu´s so im config A @ 2140/1/845/1/1170, that gives shy 32mh without invalids with Ezil - ETH&ZIL.
I usually dont go above 32.5mh, that only creates issues with my gpus and allso i try to keep wattage low.
Currently investigating possibility to lower wattage with Red bios editor, but that is really time consuming and takes rig down every now and then for several hours…bricked cards etc.
These OC´s are allmost like “default” with modded 580´s 
that 580micron wattage is great…silicon lottery!
I share my settings’ here but what work for me may not for you. At least that’s my situation. If you believe my settings can improve please let me know.

You just have very power eficient gpus, i bet mine can do also 32 i have tested it but with 120 wats and much heat.
I am currently using 1131 core clock, 831 core voltage and 2050 mem clock. I get 31.11 stable mhs but with 95 watts. Mine is rx 570 asrock with samsung memory
By the way whats your bios mods? I cant go over 2090 m clock with mine.

I found worked software (Red BIOS Editor) to change straps on ROM with memory Samsung K4G80325FC and now I get 30Mhs on this card
