You just have very power eficient gpus, i bet mine can do also 32 i have tested it but with 120 wats and much heat.
I am currently using 1131 core clock, 831 core voltage and 2050 mem clock. I get 31.11 stable mhs but with 95 watts. Mine is rx 570 asrock with samsung memory
By the way whats your bios mods? I cant go over 2090 m clock with mine.

I found worked software (Red BIOS Editor) to change straps on ROM with memory Samsung K4G80325FC and now I get 30Mhs on this card

dont know if this straps are the same but you can modify with polaris bios editor your stock bios.
just load it and click one click mod. i personaly use the uber 3.2 version of the straps. the polaris bios editor asks you for samsung if you want 3.1 or 3.2 or 3.3 version.
with 3.2 version and OC settings i get 32.22 MHs:
OC settings:
1168 core clock
860 core voltage
800 memory controller voltage
2100 memory clock
aggressive undervolting on
amdmemtweak --Ref 35
Fan set to 65%
Last free version Polaris Bios Editor don’t work with Samsung K4G80325FC memory.

i know nothing about bios mod. hiveos did made it easy. just download the file and upload to patch with hiveos build in feature. i can’t claim credit on that part.
it doesnt work like that, hiveos doesnt patch anything. it just downloads or uploads bioses on the card.
you modify or patch the bios on windows with polaris bios editor.
nice, those MSI 580´s are great cards, hynix or micron, low wattage.
i had allso like 33mh on my 580 rig but got distressed by high consumption when u have something like 5700xt next to polaris pushing 55-57mh under 100W lol…went to low side with 80´s, havent actually calculated how much i “save” on electricity with low oc´s…not much i assume! Im gonna give your oc a try…high numbers.
What ref tuning u have on those xt´s ? did you tried to flash with 5700 bios, i remember u were asking about that earlier on some thread
for the 5700 i usually just double tRef during the bios mod, most recently I tried tripling it but gave exact same hash as double??
On My powercolor XT 3x gave ±5W less than 2x with 55mh
I’ve not seen anyone mention my card here (GPU0 - The ASRock one) as I’ve been trying different settings and just can’t get it above 21m/h.
I haven’t touched the bios yet so what would you guys recommend I try in terms of either settings or a specific BIOS that I can flash?
