Real Hash rate zero on HIVEON pool, while Reported is Fine

All was fine for few days till one night the rig restarted 2 times and after that the miner was back online but no real hash rate and 0accepted shares since then.

A reboot of a rig running prior to the Hiveon Pool change here:

Could have created an issue.

Shall I remove other urls ? Keep only one ?

Remove the non-SSL addresses if you want to run SSL.

The auto setting is designed to send you to the lowest latency, failover, etc.

Yes, just the one, then let’s restart this rig with your T-Rex configuration.

I removed others. Shall I revert to latest Trex also ?

How can I check this ?

Fire up your miner interface in the shell.

Watch it from start.

Remote shall start was not working before. I just restarted the miner.

Hmmm, implies offline, connection issue, etc… Troubleshoot after this step

I’m any case thanks a LOT for ur guidance. I hope it resolves the issue. It’s painful to go through this learning curve

Back online. But HIVEON still stagnant. Can u guide me with the server setting u mentioned ? Btw please see the yellow notice in screen now

What is right after that?

Still no joy. Rigs seems all fine. Just the HIVEON is not linked any more somehow
Any other suggestion?

Have logs enabled? It would be very handy to see what that miner is doing.

This command via shell: log-on

fwiw: Don’t do this if you are running on SSD

I just pointed an nVidia rig running T-Rex at this address, and it showed up in minutes:

If all is well in the connectivity, I’d expect this right away:

Shall I remover SSD? I turned log on. Where do I access from ?

Where is the pool connection data like I posted above?

fwiw: which region are you in?

api !? I’m in Middle East
