Here are my settings on Asus 5600 XT 6GB, but they are BIOS modded with memory strap + tRef and more power tools to lower the VDD limit to 700mV.

Core=1100Mhz
VDD=700mV
Memory speed = 930 Mhz (or 1860 Mhz double)
