I even downloaded the high version, I also directly downloaded the version of the miner program and copied the config file to the disk.

Looks like a firewall or isp is blocking the connection. Do you have another internet connection you can try?

The firewall wouldnt be on the hive worker/rig itself. Check your router or if you have a dedicated firewall in your network

Guys I think we are all Iranian that couldn’t connect and have this problem.
The governer prohibit and suspend all the API servers, is there anyone that have OPENVPN client.conf to set Ovpn?
I think this the only way to cnnect the API servers.

سلام بچه هاو فکر میکنم همه ما ایرانی هستیم که این مشکل را داریم. بنظم باید اوپن وی پی ان را فعال کنیم. ولی من فایل کانفیگ را ندارم و
به چند نفری که فروشنده بودند گفتم فایل را میخوام بلد نبودند اینجور فایلی از سرورشون تهیه و ارسال کنند. اگر کسی بلده لطفا اوپن وی پی ان بزنه ببینه اگر جوابه بقیه هم بزنیم

من دارم سرچ میکنم که بشه روی خود مودم VPN بزنم در آخر اگر نشد مجبور به خرید روتر میکروتک میشیم برای اتصال

Guys i have this problem too . I can put that rig.conf file in flash but that say parsing json failed. I have adsl mokhaberat and mci and irancell . All is failed and this issue is so bad

Today I test with Adsl mokhaberat, the helsinki is the only server that has ping.

Now it works properly.
