Don’t use ethminer 
it’s outdated and unsupported. Which cards are you using? I can recommend some miners that are best suited for your hardware.
Right now, I just have 1 GeForce RTX 3060. I will be adding more once I can get it configured and working. Would entertain suggestions on future cards.
Currently lolminer offers the highest unlock for those, you have no core or memory clocks set, so results won’t be optimal. Trex miner is a close second.
In addition to Keaton’s suggestion to set overclocking, the miner is running 55 seconds in your screen shot.

Post a screenshot of your eth wallet address, I don’t think you’re using a correct address.
Yeah, that’s not an ethereum address. You need to use an ethereum address from an ethereum wallet you control there.
OK, I hate to be the FNG here but I thought the coinbase wallet would do that. If not, what would you recommend?
Coinbase wallet would work, but you need to make sure you’re using an ethereum address. It should start with 0x.
