I downloaded the firmware named WEB-AIR-Antminer-S19KPRO-amlogic-Hiveon-1.05@250410-core_1.6.0.40.tar.gz and tried to upgrade the firmware via the web page, but there was no response. I want to know what the problem is, or what I should do. Thank you.
the web air install is meant for upgrading an already installed hiveon firmware on the nand. if youre installing for the first time follow this:
First, you will need to download ASIC Hub. This is software which allows for the remote monitoring & management of the device on stock firmware
Once it’s been added to ASIC Hub, follow these steps to upgrade it to latest testing branch: ASIC Hub software upgrade
Once ASIC Hub has been upgraded, use the “Run Command” option on the Hiveon OS dashboard with this command:

I have tried that with the latest version

but it returned " failed to move rig.conf to /config " and could not install it.
I have S19K PRO with the same board A113D V1_1 on stock firmware and ASIC Hub installed and updated to the latest version in Test channel. Can You please tell me how to install Hiveon firmware?
