Does this affect profits or just a blip in software

These are merely API hiccups, either caused locally or wide(actual stat server issues), and generally have absolutely no effect on your mining operations. It just means the agent wasn’t able to communicate with the server for these stats at these given times. You can quite easily confirm this by checking pool-side stats and cross-checking the times when these hiccups occur, or, if you have logs enabled, your local logs even.

same here, I just changed to a different pool, I better pay 1% than feel sorry.
edit: and my hashrate gone up about 5%
Having said that, just turned back to Hive OS pool because I just find out that droppings means nothing, doesn’t effect mining. And that %5 hike on hash rate is not true, settled back to same as Hive os pool after 5-7 min. BUT, truly something going on at hiveos pool maybe too loaded ???
