Here you go:
I do not see that switch on my AMD RX 6800 XT card. Maybe it is for the Sapphire model.
The best rate I get is 61.5 …I see some folks are getting 63-64 MHs.
The Gigabyte 6800 here is doing good. Very nearly the same performance + efficiency as my RX 6800 gigabyte cards on windows. The settings for his AMD card here are worth trying.
For his Nvidia cards, he should go for Absolute Core Clock settings instead. He won’t even need to do power limits.
I have this button even on my XFX RX 570 cards. Should be near the power cable socket or away on the same side of the card.
I have tested the card over night by changing the core to 1400 from 1370 and miner showing the card is dead after every hour. Switched back to 1370 for further testing.
Can you shared detailed configuration please?
Hi, could you get an stable OC? I share my actual config where you also you can see the miner im using (teamredminer v.0.8.3). My GPU is Sapphire RX 6800 XT Nitro+. I cant down the power consumption and get also an stable mining without reboots. I leave it like this for days without reboots, see the screenshot. Tell me please if i can down the consumption.
But that one is Gigabyte. Mine is Sapphire RX 6800XT Nitro+. Im look OC settings for this GPU.
This is the best I can get now on HiveOS with 164w and I remember power utilization never came down on Windows as well using PhoenixMiner and it was giving 64.3 MH/S on 164w.
This is running since 15-20 hours now without any issues. I will increase the core to 1500 after 24 hours.
I need help with optimizing this a little better. Why is GPU 0 so different from GPU 1 when they are the exact same card/settings.
I have the same problems with my 6800’s from AMD.
Did you move the sapphire switch by any chance? I cannot lower it more than 153 watts. Adding 960 to the VDDmax lower the power from 164 to 154 but no more.
Increase your memory voltage from 1255 to 1315mv
Decrease your memory clock to 1065 mhz
Increase your core voltage to 700 mv
Increase your memory controller voltage to 800 mhz
Core clock add 1470 mhz
Vdd max 960
My wattage only 115
Use teamredminer v.0.8.4
Hope it will help.
Using Gminer can increase to 63 Mhs
Phoenixminer can get 64 to 65 mhash but not stable. Too many stale and invalid shares.
Teamredminer 62.3 Mhs but stable
