your memory clock is too high, try 1073
Also raise your memory voltage. Start around 1280 and drop it if it is stable

Not sure about your core and mem controller voltages, seem low.

Your hr seems low. The 6700 should do around 22-26 on kawpow, unless you are going for low power use
