Hello everyone! Some have a configuration for this model of 3090. This section that I have now needs the one of the GPUs in 95 Mhs
dont use core offsets for modern cards. 3090s only need ~1130mhz core clock to reach 125mh/s, your first card is thermal throttling too. change fan speed to 100% and up memory until its unstable, then back off some. should be able to get 124.xx+ each

Thanks for the answer then how would all the values be? I did not understand if you say -130 or -1130?

Yes. If it crashes you have to lower the memory until it is stable
