Solution

First, please check your Spam and Trash folders. If there is no email with a code, follow these steps:

1. Check your Spam and Trash folders (the email might have been sent there automatically).
2. Add [email protected] to your Approved Senders list to prevent emails from being blocked due to software settings.
3. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our technical support.
