Zotac Trinity OC 3080 - 10GB - fans not working at requested speed ! Help

Hello everyone.

I seem to have some problems on my Zotac Trinity OC - rtx 3080 gpu’s .
The problem is that I can’t get the fans higher than 85 - 86 - 87%.
At the beginning they worked at the speeds I needed (95%) and now I think maybe since the updates it is not working anymore above the speeds mentioned. I tried some downgrades of versions for hive , even on the miner but no success. I simply can’t get them to work up to the maximum that it should.
Does anyone have the same problem as I do? Is there a fix for this ?

P.S. : In windows the fans can be ramped up to 100%

I believe it’s a bios issue on those cards. I flashed a higher end 3080 zotac bios on mine and it fixed the issue. This is the bios I used 94.02.42.40.BB
