Are you using locked core clocks? If so make sure to reduce memory clocks after each crash, should be stable after a while.
Switch to locked core clocks, if they crash after reduce memory clock
Did you switch to locked core clocks instead of the -200 offsets you had?
Also, for Nvidia especially for gddr6x you want to run a static fan speed to keep the memory cool instead of autofan, since it doesn’t know the memory temp.
If you continue having cards crash after that, reduce memory clock on the card that crashes until stable
Switch to locked core clocks (values above 500 are treated as locked clocks)
For lhr cards a good starting point is 1500mhz.
