I am a new miner and just got my rig setup I have a amd 6800 that is reporting zero hashrate, what do I do?
Perhaps a screen shot would help. Can be driver issue. In settings tab put maintenance mode to without driver. Download rig.conf. Re flash usb to latest stable version. Copy rig.conf. After booting, upgrade OS. Recommending to use selfupgrade command in terminal. It will take some time. Now disable maintenance mode, take shutdown and restart.
Actually I tried a different mining pool and it fixed the problem

Which pool did you try? I´m having the same issue with binance pool here.
I am running amd cards so I chose team red miner and it worked perfectly. 62.23 mhs at 135w after overclocking
