It’s best to use a locked core clock, with the goal to find the highest memory clock that’s stable, and the lowest locked core clock that maintains full hashrate. No power limit needed for locked core either.

Best oc is unique to each card, some will clock higher than others and some will use less power than others. It’s trial and error to find the most memory that is stable, and the lowest core clock that maintains that hashrate.
