What happened to this card Zotac RTX 3090

Hi
after i restart my HiveOS i found something happened to my Zotac RTX 3090 card
on dashboard it tell 0 ( zero ) of fan speed, i have setting on OC setting to run at 100 %
but result still same. but the card fan running properly.
what i am afraid is the temp raise up on the monitor

i have restart the miner, check the riser. switch the pcie slot result still same.
pls advice

reduce core clock to around 1125, remove power limit and reboot, if fan speed continues to report as 0, you can either reduce memory clock and reboot until it doesn’t(usually the issue), or try swapping the riser/cables if that doesnt solve the issue.

I personally run my 3090s at 1095 core. Try that.
