Unable to enum cuda fix

Fix for my own problem: Unable to enum cuda gpus: no cuda-capable device is detected.

This error message appeared after i unplugged my nvidia cards, which should be expected.
Only Nvidia cards uses Cuda driver.
AMD Radeon cards uses OpenCL drivers.

Plug in any nvidia card and this should get rid of this message. If you dont have any nvidia cards, then uninstalling your nvidia drivers should get rid of this message.
