Unable to Access Rig with Putty - Gets a Contact Error

I have tried to Access my Rig with Putty.
Was Working before the website when down.
Now when I tried to access the Rig with Putty it
returns “Network error: Connection refused”

I can access the Rig from within HiveOs Ok!
But not outside with Putty.

SSH settings may have been turned off during the data restore, check settings

That was want was wrong SSH was true Off.
Now working Great.
