I have a doubt about what this yellow message means, I have a farm with 18 miners and only one of it has the yellow flag for “tuned”.
Any idea whats this for?

This means you have some config for lolminer set in the tuning tab. This config overrides anything in the flight sheet for that miner. It’s a nice feature to use when you have multiple rigs with multiple card configs and multiple miners and want to use the same base flight sheet for all rigs, but keeping device config unique to the rig
