I’m trying to register a new account, but when I get to the “Please verify your email” screen, the email never arrives - even if I “resend code”. I made sure the email account is active and my device is receiving emails. I tried this with two different email addresses. Still a no-go. A little technical support would be appreciated.
Does anyone from HiveOS monitor this forum? It’s been two days and no response. I really don’t want to run Windows on my Mining Rig, but I’m building it tomorrow and I can’t use HiveOS until I register.
Not a single bit of feedback. Very poor support. I can’t register so I can’t use the product. I guess I’ll be sticking with Windows.
