As for your hiveos, you’re on a very old image/driver, you should reflash the latest stable image first before doing anything else. You can run hive-replace -s -y in the shell to do so, then I would recommend another miner, like lolminer or trex. Make sure you’re using locked core clocks. A 3060 is usually best around 1500mhz, the goal is to find the lowest locked core clock that maintains full hashrate. Make sure to upgrade to latest software version after doing hive replace as well.
