Do you know if this is still maintained in the last version?
I would like to increase the efficiency over the profits but my cards go from 75 LHR to 66. Is there any way to keep them in 68/69?
Know that it would be difficult to keep both worlds, but would like to understand how to optimize it.

It should still be an option in the latest t-rex. You should be able to add "lhr-tune":"68" to your config if you wanted to force it to a lower LHR unlock.
I currently have been using NBMiner 40.1 with "lhr-mode":"2" and getting better results for low power consumption. lhr-mode 2 tries to unlock the LHR at 71 and use less power.
