Stuck in "GPU0 will be paused again for clean dual mode calibration"; no hash rate, error fan pct

I have four 3070Ti cards used for dual mining ETHTON. Everything seemed no issues for two weeks but then one of the 3070ti card showed error like below:

I suspected Riser so I swapped to new one but still the same
I have referred the previous post from HIVEOS forum, there are a few suggestion to lower my OC setting perhaps the OC settings were agressive.
Even so, it still remains the same until now.
