I have 5 of the Same gigabyte rx 6700 xt Cards. One Card is throttleing its hashrate when i turnup the fan, also with no oc and only the fan turned up, can sb help?
In the picture it is GPU 2 
Maybe changing riser can help it… otherwise this card or your psu (cable) has problem…
