Stats Problem, GPUs mining but showing offline

Hi;
My Rig is online, GPUs are heated and showing power consumption correctly but they are shown offline in Hiveos. daily earning is so small in hiveon pool.
What could be the problem?
I tried to restart miner & rig for several times.

on the worker overview screen does anything look off? if you open the miner in shell are there any errors?

Problem solved by changing USB drive.
