Shappire rx590 8gb GME version can't mining

My Shappire rx590 8gb GME version can’t mining, after set the flight sheet.

After set the overclock setting, it run a while and no any hashrate then hang my rig and need to restart by button.
Is the bios problem or can someone face this issue before ??

i have same same gpu but when i start to stress test or run any game it crashes as soon as game start and pc restarts but it runs fine on my friend’s pc
