Hey so i found a server psu for 750 watts and its input is 100-240 volt. would i still be able to get the 750 watts (minus the 80 percent rule) with 120 or do i have to have 240 to get the full wattage
For the hp server psus, they do 750w on all input voltages, for the 1200s they’re only around 900w on less than 200v.
It will say on the label what the output is and if it varies based on input voltage

Thank you! I think I’m going to get a 750 watt one because it comes with a breakout board and cables, plus I really don’t need anything more than that.
The 1200 are higher efficiency, but the 750s can usually be had very cheap
