Schedule. Need to set future date + time as hh:mm but you are only offered 1hr choices

If you create a schedule, it auto populate with the date and the exact time like 11:45. But if you want to edit the future date / time, the time are available only in 1hr choices.

Can I edit a config file manually afterwards to specify a time by the minute?
