Sapphire Nitro + RX580 4GB take 330 W out of the wall

Hi i have a question.

I got a view Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 4GB
At Windows the card takes 140 W out of the wall.
Afterburner 1200 CC, 2100 W, 950 V

At HiveOS 330 W out of the wall.

Settings 1200 CC, 2100 MC, DPM 4, 850 V

However i tried it without OC settings and it is nearly the same.

Does anybody has an idea?
