Same GPU's - different BIOS?

I have 12 RX570’s running, and just added the last 2 as I was waiging on power cables. The models are identical (see screenshot), including memory. I can’t seem to flash the BIOS with my custom timing BIOS mod I use with the other cards.

If they are identical cards, do I need unique BIOS for each with timing altered or can I use the same rom file?
If I switch the cabling will HiveOS still know which card is which? I switched up some cabling for the sake of cable management.

Here you can see errors throwing when trying to update BIOS. Am I doing something wrong when flashing ROM’s?
