Safe overclock for 3080 at summer

Hey people I just updated my rog strix RTX 3080’s overclock, Wondering is that numbers safe for my graphics ? Because i did the same clock for my friend’s Palit 3080’s. His 3080’s dropped to 160-170 watt each, but mine is still on 233-238 watt
So what you think is this numbers safe ?
Core clock : 1080 mhz
Mem : 2400 mhz
