I have select S9 and S9i that will go through the process of the firmware update. But after I restart them they just go back to factory setting as if it was a hard reset.
Are you doing the sdcard method?
No I am trying the tar. web upgrade method. I goes completely through the process and then just factory resets.
try the sdcard one
The sd card method didnt work either. I still got the same results.
