I’m very new to mining and that is my first miner Antminer S19 95TH/s. The temperature is good and everything is fine but I am getting an error again and again shutdown minor.
I’m attaching the screenshot below. Please see to it and let me know what is wrong

Please use another pool during tuning, as nicehash switching jobs and difficulty mid tune can mess with results. Once the tune is finished you can then switch back to nicehash.
I had a similar issue when I first started mining. Turns out, it was an overheating problem due to dust buildup in the fans, even though the temp seemed fine. I gave it a good cleaning and that helped. Another thing to check is if you’re using the right power supply or have enough power to support the miner’s needs.Also, I’ve been using the Antminer S21 Plus recently, and I have to say, it’s been a solid upgrade for me.
