Hi there,

I am in the process of setting up my son’s rig right now. Although the rig is operational and in good working order, we eventually receive a dead GPU error message when we attempt to adjust the OC setting. Thus, please let us know if you have any new information or recommendations.

Above are the current settings and configurations we have in place. In the interim, we want to set up my son for success as he is experimenting with this and will gradually advance to better cards.

your memory settings are on the higher side, any time there is instability reduce OC and reboot. eventually it will be rock solid

for your son to learn, just have him make changes and see how things react. with the goal being to get the highest hashrate for the lowest power draw, and being stable.
