hello guys i have a problem with one of my gpus. The bios wasnt mining pretty good so i planned to mod it but in the mean time i left 4 vacation and i left my gpu out of the rig withoud doing the mod. When i got home i put the gpu in the test banch and it didnt turn on or didnt show display. I thouhjt it has broken out of nowhere. After two weeks i decided to give it another try but on the rig and as i can see the rig does recognise the card. And to my surprise it did but on another pc or in test banch it didnt show any display. Then i thought it might be a problem with the bios and tried changing it. At this point i have tried every bios possible and it still gives me the error uvd not responding trying to reset the gpu. I have a photo attached below so you can see how the rig is seeing the card. What do you think could be the problem and do you think that it can be repaired? I think the previus owner might have messed a little bit with the bios before hance the very very low mining.
I have with same problem. I think it has to do with the graphics card drive version. It looks like the Hive OS has some incompatibility with the new drive. I have already separated the card that has this incompatibility. It’s the RX 580 Asus Dual OC. Did you manage to solve your problem?
It had a problem with memory. I left the card for repairs at a specialised shop. It had 2 bad memory modules.
