See pictures. Earlyer i was useing windows and phoenixminer and watts were all ~80-90w. But now they are not good…How to fix that?
core clocks are not the problem, its the core voltage. i suspect you card is not using 890 as core voltage but it is around 1000. there is some bug or something because i was helping a dude with rx 580 and his cards werent overclocking proberly also. very strange

when you go to console write amd-info and see what core voltage are they using.

They are working on higher core voltage for some reason. Can you download their bioses and sharethem here. I will download and examine them.
