RX580 overclock not kicking in after the last few updates of H

My OC setting is not kicking in… high power usage… no miner works properly. cannot downgrade or upgrade… i am lost!!!

Before i could have about 30 but with 97 W on phoenix miner

now only amd cards… it worked fine and then after the last 3 recent HIVEOS updates nothing works with my RX580

Any suggestions?

Use ref rat 30. Remove memory voltage and add memory controller voltage 800. Reduce core voltages to 880 and see if its stable. 900 is too high for 1150 core clock.

I also think the last update of Hive seems to have fixed my issue.
