RX 6800 FIGHTER powercolor less hashrate

Hi people.
I try many diffrent OC settings for my rx 6800 amd fighter powercolor but the hashrate is not stable and also less.
I stays around 49/58 up and down not stable also the power consumption of the cards jumps up and down from 140w to 70w and all.
Does someone have maybe a oc which can get it to 60mhs at least.

Note: with a 6800 you should be running at least Hive OS kernel #72 or #83 visible in the lower left corner of your rig overview interface or at the top under the menu bars.
