RX 6600 XT Settings for GPU with lower performances

Hi all,
I have two of my rx 6600 XT which are at a lower hash rate than other ones.
Could you help me to change settings for these two cards ?

CPU : 2 × Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1037U @ 1.80GHz
HDD : SanDisk Ultra Fit 15.4GB
