I have a Sapphire Pulse RX590 (Samsung K4G80325FB memory) and i’ve tried a lot of mods with Polaris editor, but it only works with the original bios and can’t get more than 29.32mhs without having it reported dead or rejected shares.
Could you help me to understand what I’m doing wrong?

Thanks a lot! With your help, the lazy Sapphire is a new winner! As you can see, now it produces 31.46MHs and with low consumption (68w).
And because your advice about the other cards (6600xt), i made a few adjustments and these are the new memory temperatures.
By the way, i live in the mid-west of Brazil, a region with high temperatures.

Hi man, I tried this bios, but I get an error, I also used Force flash… i realy dont know what I should do, I have xfx 580 with microns, they go crazy with stock bios, this sapphire nitro+ se with samsung is worse…

and the error after flashing says this:

I think the problem is the length of the rom. If you try to modify the BIOS, remember the sizes, it has to be the same. In this forum someone had the same issue trying to use some of my roms and they advice me about the different size. That does not work. Maybe if you have a few RX 580 you should check the original (always remember to backup all of yours roms) and then modificate them… Hope this can help you !!!
