Rx 570s are using a lot more electricity than 470s,480s and 580s

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lower the energy consumption of this ETC rig? I can’t seem to get the rx 570s below 100 W. The rig is very stable. A few of the cards are getting a pad slap before summer but the 570s is my biggest concern.

aggressive undervolting enabled?
is that the lowest the core voltage can go while maintaining stability?
