RX 570 4GB High Volt?

Hi! Im mining RVN with two ASRock RX 570 4GB and miraculously got between 12.5 and 13 mhs.
My problem is that now both GPUs consume a lot (I think). There are around 119W with UV and Agressive UV. Can anybody help me?

My OC:

Im using amdmemtweak --REF 30 (I have Hynix memmory)
