One of the RTX3080 gives lower hashrate than the other one on NEXA.
GPU5 start with 104MH, it goes to 82MH in a few minutes.
Both of them gives the same hashrate on ethash algo.
What should I ?
Note: The fan shows %0 because i installed a custom fan on that GPU.
whats the output of nvtool --throttle show?
I think it means there is a thermal grease problem ?
The strange thing is that I dont see higher temp 62 core 56 memory.
the temp is always stable.
is it normal SWThermal at these temp ?
what is the problem ? GPU or Memory ?

It doesnt look like its currently referring to core or mem temps, i think throttling doesnt start for those until 85c and 110c. could maybe be some other part of the gpu thats getting too hot, or you could try flashing another brands bios as some are limited. (just make sure if your gpu has 2 8pin pcie that the source bios matches, same with 3 8 pin pcie and so on) see if additional cooling improves hashrate first, then i would try another bios (make sure to back up original first)
I fixed the GPU. The problem: The thermal pads on the R32 named parts are thinner 0,25mm. Now it is ok !
