My rig was working right. However it restarted and after that my rtx 3090 gainward phoenix no longer mines.
It’s GPU 6. I tried other OCs, but it didn’t work.

could be a few things, likely a bad riser, usb cable or faulty/loose power cable, could also get this error if the card is slightly unseated in the slot not making full contact.
does the card work on its own? test directly on a board with a different power supply if possible to rule things out.
