RTX 3060Ti HiveOS VGA not detected HELP

first time i setup my rig

RTX 3060 Ti non LHR and Rtx 3060 Ti LHR asus dual fan work normally…

but when i added 3rd card / vga …the light look like not strong then and vga / gpu not detected

i use PSU msi 750GF…now when i cut the 3rd card i just use 2 VGA still the rtx 3060 ti LHR not detected
