RTX 3060 Ti Power Limit issue

Hello HiveOS community

First of all I would like to introduce myself as a quite experienced HiveOS user and say HELLO

I would like to explain issue which I am facing first time. I have an issue with my nVidia RTX 3060Ti non LHR. This graphic card is new at one of my rig (second hand buy) - generally it is working pretty well, good hashrate, good temperature (ambient temperature arround 21C).

What is wrong is Power Limit.
As soon as I will set up Power Limit for any value above 146W ex. 180 the card will use 180W as expected from the power limitation, but as soon as the power limit is below <146W the card is using 146W any way while the power limit setup is ex. 120W. Please check below screenshoots from the web GUI as well as from the T-Rex miner…

Do You have any idea what could be the reason?

Hello, the vercion of hiveos and nvidia, which one do you keep if you could tell which miner you are using, because I have the Trex on and my temperature shoots up.
